Dr. Fahncke’s dental career has given him extensive experience in full mouth crown and bridge reconstruction, implant treatment, and fabrication of dentures. Dr. Fahncke is particularly interested in the areas of aesthetic dentistry, implants, complete and partial dentures, crown and bridge, obstructive sleep apnea, and temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ).
