From I-75/475 Northbound or US 23/475 Southbound:
Use I-475 Exit 8A (Airport Highway, State Route 2, Eastbound). Proceed east on Airport Hwy. three miles to Byrne Rd. Turn Right on Byrne Rd. and proceed to Arlington Avenue (first traffic signal). Turn left on Arlington Ave.

From I-75 Southbound:
Use I-75 Exit 201A (Maumee/U.S. 25) to Anthony Wayne Trail. Go south on Anthony Wayne Trail to Glendale Ave. Turn right on Glendale Ave. and proceed west to MUOT Boulevard, (third light) and turn right. Turn left at West Medical Loop and follow to Arlington Ave. Turn right on Arlington Ave.

From Ohio Turnpike, East or Westbound:
Use Ohio Turnpike Exit 59 (Maumee/Toledo). Head north toward Toledo from toll booth and proceed one mile on Reynolds Rd. (U.S. 20) to Glendale Ave. Turn right on Glendale Ave. Drive three miles to MUOT Boulevard (fifth light) and turn left. Turn left at West Medical Loop and follow to Arlington Ave. Turn right on Arlington Ave.

From Arlington Avenue, turn right on Hospital Drive, and make a quick left in the driveway by the Emergency Room entrance. You may take advantage of the complimentary Valet Parking under the awning, or use Parking Area 41 to your left.

Enter through the middle set of double doors under the awning, with the “HOSPITAL” sign above. Turn left down the hallway and follow the signs around to the left which will lead you to the Main Entrance lobby. There is an Information Desk where they can direct you to the Dental Clinic, which is located on the second floor, at the north end of the building.
